Oracle HRMS Payroll Functional Consultant, HCM, HR, Payroll, Human Capital Management, Functional, Solutions, Business Analyst, Oracle R12, Oracle Release 12. OTL, I-recruitment, CWB, SSHR, Fast Formulas, Oracle Applications e-business suite, Senior Oracle Support, Senior HR Business Analyst, Oracle Apps, ERP, eBS, Opportunity...! Pegasus is currently seeking a Senior Oracle HRMS/Payroll Business Analyst to join a first class industry player end user, fixed location, no travel! You will have strong experience and subject matter expertise within the modules. This is a company which has a very stable R12 footprint and internal team of Oracle staff. Provide day-to-day support on Oracle E-Business Suite for the HR and Payroll modules. Resolve and support user issues. Test Oracle-supplied patches. Support report writing and Business as Usual functions. Investigate payroll issues that are not data related Develop and maintain element definitions Develop and maintain Fast Formulae Maintain standing payroll data such as user defined tables, global values, pick list values Knowledge of Self Service personalisations Amendment of Security Profiles Strong SQL skills along with knowledge of the HRMS and Payroll database structure Implementation/maintenance of Real Time Implementation functionality Implementation/maintenance of Pensions Auto Enrolment functionality Central point for the change request process (ie, we need to define what changes we can comfortably make in HR that don't impact Finance and are not too technical (eg, creation of a new work pattern would sit with us), anything else we would expect to submit to the functional/technical person for review with the Finance functional/technical person, and they would then review, update and implement Needs to be able to maintain the configuration document, ie create new elements, fast formula, accrual plans, etc Good knowledge of HR maintenance - R12 Liaison with Oracle on Demand Responsible for coordinating any testing - i.e. which environment, and who to involve Knowledge: Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1 - HRMS, Self Service HR, iRecruitment and Payroll modules.
