Oracle EBS, Oracle Functional, Oracle Techno Functional, Oracle Ebusiness Suite, Oracle SCM, Oracle Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Oracle 11i, Oracle R12, Release 12, Oracle Supply Chain & Manufacturing Functional Lead - 75K per annum Oracle SCM Functional Lead required for an award winning global end client in the heart of Cheshire - 100% Office based NO Travel!!!!! Candidates should ideally have strong Oracle ERP Supply Chain and Operations experience. The role will require them to work with Senior stakeholders including the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Technical Officer, VP of Supply Chain and other leaders to drive business improvement thorough implementation of a clear Operations strategy for the organization. This is a highly visible role with the ability to make a real difference to the business. Successful candidates will possess strong Oracle EBS project management and organizational skills that are consistent with a fast moving and demanding environment that seeks to make progress quickly in support of challenges milestones. Connecting business benefits via IT is at the heart of this role. Experience of optimising end to end Operational and Supply Chain processes through the use of Oracle SCM would be an advantage. ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Experience: Experience within an environment exposing you to the basic context and operation of significant business processes preferably within the Offshore environment; including Maintenance, Reliability and Operations, Supply Chain (Procurement/Inventory) and HSE Multiple Business Analysis experience, including the definition of processes and identification of value based on process improvement and technology intervention Oracle Supply Chain implementation experience of Oracle EBS Modules OM INV P2P WIP BOM EAM with integration experience with Finance modules GL, AP, AR Experience of Oracle 11i/R12 8 Years + Oracle Functional Supply Chain & Manufacturing experience Implementation of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and/or ERP systems, Background in the development of effective business cases; identifying the value case for technology investments Exposure to portfolio and demand management processes including the compilation, prioritization and management of a portfolio of technology projects and programmes Successful project management and technical delivery, including a detailed knowledge of and experience with industry recognized PM frameworks. ideally on a global scale and with high complexity. Working in a multiple supplier environment including with outsourced and cloud providers Exposure to all aspects of technical delivery, including architecture and design, infrastructure, application development and testing, and IT operational support. Strong technical foundation with an understanding of the basic context of networks, applications, databases, identity and access solutions, cloud technologies, mobility and business intelligence. Exposure to specific technical platforms, including IFS, Oracle EBS and OBIEE, IBM Maximo, Middleware/Integration and Business Intelligence technologies is highly regarded. Skills Experience and evidence of implementing strategic IT Operations and Supply Chain programs that have achieved significant improvements in business efficiency, risk reduction or productivity. Implementing a shared service centre will be an advantage. Must be results orientated with ability to achieve aggressive goals and have the ability to effectively work cross-functionally with and through business, IS managers and outsource partners. Understand business processes end-to-end, actively measuring business contribution of enabling systems (function business system measure) Perform demand management role for services provided by the ISIT group Manage business-specific software portfolio (Incl. IFS, Maximo, Prima Vera) Responsible for Operations and Supply Chain IT business case development Works within teams and across boundaries to share knowledge and achieve results QUALIFICATIONS A minimum of Undergraduate degree with a technical discipline is required ​Relevant experience performing in a similar role within the Oil and Gas industry may be considered in lieu of this requirement
