Oracle SCM Supply Chain Functional Business Analyst, Oracle OM, INV, Iproc, P2P, PO, WIP, BOM, ASCP, Support, Oracle, Oracle Financials, Oracle Applications e-business suite., R12, Functional, Support, Business Analyst. Position Purpose: Reporting in to the Applications Manager, we are currently looking for an Oracle Supply Chain (SCM) Functional Support analyst to join our busy IT team during a time of rapid expansion and a growing technology landscape. Key Responsibilities: Oracle Supply Chain (SCM) Techno-Functional Support analyst required to support an R12 Oracle Supply Chain, Financials and WMS implementation. The successful candidate will have proven R12 Oracle Supply Chain 1st, 2nd Line support experience across a variety of modules including Order Management (OM), Purchasing, iProcurement, Inventory (INV), Warehouse Management (WMS), Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Bills of Material (BOM) and Work in Process (WIP). As well as excellent business acumen with the ability to prioritize and build credibility with the Oracle user community. Essential Duties / Skills / Criteria: Oracle Supply Chain Functional analyst with proven experience in supporting R12 modules inlcuding Purchasing, iProcurement, Inventory (INV), Purchase Orders (PO), Order Management (OM), Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Bills of Material (BOM) and Work in Process (WIP). Any OBIEE or Demantra experience would be an advantage. Supported at least 2 major R12 Implementations of Oracle. A professional who has first class business facing skills who can build credibility with the user community. Must have excellent communication skills and be a proven team player. Able to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively, with the ability to work on several tasks simultaneously. Must have lived and worked in the European Union for the last 5 years. Other Skills Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; 4-6 years of Oracle support or implementation in a multi-national environment; Oracle Order Management, Inventory, WMS, Purchasing experience understanding of Business processes and methods. Strong attention to detail in a deadline driven environment; effective verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence and deal with people at all levels; strong analytical and process improvement skills; proven proficiency dealing with corporate information systems along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and e-mail systems; report writing experience required. SQL experience required.
