Oracle HR & Payroll Functional Business Analyst - 12 Month FTC - 99% Confident this will GO PERMANENT PEGASUS …have been giving the opportunity to partner up with one of the largest End User clients within their field. The Oracle HR & Payroll Functional Business Analyst required for an opportunity to join a central role in project teams, bringing domain knowledge and analysis skills, to aid the successful definition and implementation of business change projects. As a Subject Matter Expert in ERP & related systems, you will play a key role in the three primary areas. Strategic Initiatives: takes the Business Analyst role on projects. Identifies and gathers requirements and identifies areas for process improvements Business Enhancements: Works closely with operational teams, leading on functional enhancements and working collaboratively with third party development teams. Validates solution designs; reviews functional specifications: and performs system testing. Support: Acts as an escalation point for operational teams and third party support analysts. Provides guidance for unresolved incidents. Required experience Client facing expertise with solid functional or technical Oracle HRMS & Payroll experience Knowledge of HRMS & Payroll systems and processes in a similar organisation Good understanding and experience of business analysis skills, techniques, and practices Good understanding and experience of Financial business processing and accounting rules. Experience in consultancy disciplines including business process analysis, requirements definition and vendor evaluations Good understanding of core HR & Payroll business processes, a deep functional knowledge of Oracle E-business Suite modules and have first class stakeholder management skills. You will ideally have experience working with outsourced delivery partners and other 3rd party.
