Greenfield, End User. Pegasus currently has a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious Global client who are about to embark on a Global implementation of Oracle E Business Suite. Pegasus has an opportunity for a Oracle Financials Business Analyst to work on this Greenfield implementation. This role will focus on the delivery of a global Oracle E-Business Suite Financials implementation from greenfield. Your key accountabilities Provide input into project timelines, estimation, action plans and risk management procedures, Plan, communicate and execute project deliverables and milestones, ensuring progress in time and budget, Ensure timely completion of work packages in line with project deadline and schedule, Act as a proxy customer facilitating open communication between the customer and technology teams, Interact and work with third party partners and suppliers as required, Work with Project Managers and Business Sponsors to agree on the Terms of Reference, Ensure that all Stakeholders have a common understanding of what is being delivered, Work across multiple projects/streams concurrently, Select and perform appropriate elicitation techniques to efficiently identify requirements, Produce different forms of analysis documentation to an appropriate and agreed level of depth, Support the Test function with knowledge that aids test scripting & execution, including handovers & walkthroughs, Recognise the need and take ownership to ensure staff are provided with any training required. Your skills and experience Business Analysis experience including project management and execution methodologies Financial Services and/or Consultancy experience Excellent requirements analysis and consultative skills, with a logical approach to problem solving Ability to operate effectively with limited oversight Excellent communication (written & oral), interpersonal and relationship management skills Ability to work in a demanding and fast paced environment with speed and discipline Confident working with senior management across multiple business areas On the job experience Proven Oracle Financials Business Analyst experience on delivering large projects and working on previous full life cycle implementations, Oracle R12 experience
