Following the highly successful US Oracle deployment, the EMEA Industrial Division, represented in more than 30 sites in 15 countries, is now beginning its migration in Europe. To support the Oracle rollout, my client has an exciting opening for a dynamic IT Oracle Deployment Team Leader team leader, with a passion for people, processes, change management and making the difference resulting in a smooth Oracle migration. Based in the European HQ in Brussels, you will be part of an international IT team, with the opportunity to travel significantly for 3 to 4 years, supporting the rollout of Oracle in the Industrial Division in Europe. The Deployment Team Leader, reporting to the Project Manager, will lead the deployment team of 4-5 people delivering (with the US Core Team) a one-stop shop including: site assessment, system set-up for the new plants, application testing and end-user training. Full training will be given to ensure the successful candidate develops an in-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS and world-class additional peripheral software covering the full business cycle including: Sales Order processing, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory control and Production Scheduling. There will be opportunities to seek out and fine-tune process improvements and ensure the highest integrity of the data migrated from our legacy systems.
