Contract Opportunity..! Pegasus are currently recruiting for an Oracle HRMS specialist who will support and enhance the HRMS system, clearly PL/SQL expertise, it appears a technical-functional hybrid opportunity, clearly if you feel that you have strong experience for the opportunity is much of its requirement please apply! They require someone who can generate HR templates because when the upgrade happened it lost these items. Job Responsibilities Liaising and capturing system requirements from the key stakeholders in Interoute at all levels of seniority. Being the single point of senior expertise for the Oracle HR system. Driving standards and best practice approach to support, configuration management and development lifecycles Technical fault finding Interfacing with the Oracle Financials team to ensure a smooth integration of the HR system with the rest of the Oracle ERP suite Leading input, manipulation and cleansing of data within the system Experience Required Oracle HR hands on support and development experience essential. PL/SQL expert Experience of interfaces and ETL techniques (any technology) Ability to manage, reconcile and interpret data Experience of working with Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Financials is highly desirable 4 years+ experience working on multiple Oracle applications and APEX assignments Support or development background essential. Experience working closely with HR users. A background in participating in planning, development, maintenance, and enhancement of Oracle HR Applications Experience of functionally any of Oracle’s product suite would be advantageous The ability to work on one’s own initiative as well as being an integral player in a wider delivery team is essential.
