SAP Manager Watchdog Alert, End User, No Addtional Travel..! A period of growth, we are now recruiting a SAP Manager to join our team in Hertford as part of our Strategic Partnership develops. As SAP Manager will be accountable for the performance of the SAP Services. You will be expected to work to the Service Descriptions detailed within the contract that Serco has with its customer fulfilling contractual expectations whilst providing guidance back to our customer on the SAP Application Roadmap.
You will act as an enabler to increased operational performance and productivity by providing effective representation of the Strategic Partnerships services to the customer,and reflecting the customer needs and direction back into Strategic Partnerships.
You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day contractual obligations and in conjunction with this work closely with the customer to understand and advise on any transformation ambitions. You will be expected to build good solid relationships with the customers IT department and the rest of the business especially in the areas of HR & Finance

Technical Leadership on SaaS, SAP Fiori, Business Objects, ABAP/Webdynpro, SAP Payroll, SAP Personnel Administration, Time and Absence Recording, ESS, MSS and iViews, Enhancements/BAdIsSAP HCM interfacing, Proven background in Finance & HR, Through understanding of statutory processes and payroll calculations previously worked in a heavily customised environment,Willingness to keep up with SAP industry trends, current & emerging technologies, Experience of Service Delivery in a SAP environment in a complex organisation that needs to adapt to change
