Cochlear is a fantastic business, they are the global leaders within implantable hearing solutions they have developed a completely unique mechanism which allows people who are to hear using and implantable nucleus device.  They embarked on an Oracle Applications e-business suite implementation of Financials, P2P, O2C and Supply Chain with Compel Business Solutions a UK wide enterprise for Oracle Consulting. 

The next challenge was to identify a complete team of inhouse permanent Oracle Applications consultants for management and delivery of support specific to e-business suite.  Leo Port the Senior Vice President of IT Cochlear flew to England.
